A special attention will be paid on broader implementation into the practice the use of LARC: IUD insertion during the abortion.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure contraceptives supply and access to post abortion family planning services to reach that 100 % of women are receiving good counselling services and are leaving the facilities with the chosen method of contraception.<\/li>\n<li>To increase the community awareness on the benefits of FP and demand for modern contraceptives.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>PROJECT ACTIVITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Activities under the Objective 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conducting the workshop with stakeholders to share the Moldova experience on PAC including FP.<\/li>\n<li>Capacity building of service providers from all medical institutions that offer abortion care from the region on quality PAC, FP counselling and contraceptive provision, according to WHO recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Development of the protocols on family planning methods, based on WHO recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Activities under the Objective 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring all medical institutions providing abortion care with modern contraceptives.<\/li>\n<li>Development of the mechanism of ensuring the commodities supply for women after the abortion by re-directing a part of the money, obtained from provided services offered against the fee to procure contraceptives for women from the vulnerable groups.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Activities under the Objective 3<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Development and promotion of the printed information about the modern methods of contraception, the importance \u00a0and benefits of the use of contraception.<\/li>\n<li>Organization of radio and TV broadcasts on family planning and modern methods of contraception.<\/li>\n<li>Development and promotion of the on-line information (Web, Facebook, Twitter, etc) on modern methods of contraception, including an interactive forum to answer the \u00a0population\u2019s questions \u00a0about contraception.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct the dissemination workshop to present the project outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IMPLEMENTATION PERIOD: April 1st\u00a02017 \u2013 March 30th\u00a02018 DONOR:\u00a0 Safe Abortion Action Funds PROJECT GOAL: To <a class=\"read-more\" href=\"https:\/\/cidsr.mihaisiscanu.com\/en\/sanatatea-reproductiva-transnistria\/proiectul-imbunatatirea-utilizarii-contraceptivelor-procesul-de-consiliere-post-avort-transnistria\/\">more>><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":0,"parent":3047,"menu_order":1,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/cidsr.mihaisiscanu.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/3086"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/cidsr.mihaisiscanu.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/cidsr.mihaisiscanu.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/page"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/cidsr.mihaisiscanu.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/4"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/cidsr.mihaisiscanu.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=3086"}],"version-history":[{"count":5,"href":"https:\/\/cidsr.mihaisiscanu.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/3086\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":3407,"href":"https:\/\/cidsr.mihaisiscanu.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/3086\/revisions\/3407"}],"up":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/cidsr.mihaisiscanu.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/3047"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/cidsr.mihaisiscanu.com\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=3086"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
